What Nebraska’s rule says
From the Nebraska Game and Parks Big Game Guide:
“The use of aircraft (which includes drones) any time to hunt, recover, drive, molest, chase, or harass game birds or game animals is illegal.”
Nebraska Game and Parks also says state and federal laws prohibit using aircraft, including drones, to harass birds, fish, or any other animal.
Which animals does this cover?
Nebraska’s rule covers game birds and game animals. In Nebraska, that includes deer, pronghorn (antelope), elk, bighorn sheep, and wild turkey.
Hunting in another state?
Neighboring Missouri allows drone recovery, with conditions. Find a pilot on the map.
